Submit a Request
Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Ship Your Item
For physical goods, securely package the item with the RA number clearly marked on the exterior and ship it to our designated distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item or verifies your digital account status, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
